Spokane Airports - Notice of Proposed DBE Goals for 2024-2026
Spokane Airports is in the process of determining an overall race-neutral goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-funded projects at Spokane International Airport and Felts Field for fiscal years 2024 through 2026.
A teleconference will be held Friday, September 29, 2023, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. PST to provide information and solicit input relevant to the DBE goal-setting process for airport professional service and construction contracts. Following the teleconference, the methodology will be established to calculate the goals. The Airport will accept comments on the goals for 30 days from the date of the notice. The comment period expires on Sunday, October 29, 2023. If you have any questions or comments, please contact the DBE Liaison.

Spokane International has determined a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal of 3.02% for Fiscal Years 2021-2023.
Felts Field DBE Goal FY 2021-2023
Felts Field has determined a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal of 3.7% for Fiscal Years 2021-2023.

ACDBE Goal
For fiscal years 2016-2018, Spokane International Airport has determined overall race-neutral goals for ACDBE (Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprises) participation for non-car rental and car rental concessions. The race-neutral non-car rental goal is 0.25% and the race-neutral car rental goal is 0%.
