Personal Information Collected from Credit/Debit Card Transactions


Spokane International Airport (“Spokane Airport”) uses a credit card processing company to process credit card payments. We do not retain, share, store or use personal information for any secondary purposes. Spokane Airport reserves the right to disclose your information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website; to enforce or apply this Privacy Policy, our Website Terms and Conditions, or other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our website, or others.

You should be aware that Spokane Airport is a public agency. This means that we are subject to the Public Records Act of the State of Washington (RCW ch. 42.56). Spokane Airport may be required to disclose information that you provide us unless there is an exception in the Public Records Act (see RCW § 42.56.230) for a list of exceptions). We will exercise reasonable care to prevent disclosure or use of credit/debit card information, other than as permitted by the Credit Card Association Rules. We require the use of Transport Layer Security ("TLS") standard transmission encryption to protect transmission of users’ personal information submitted while making a payment using our site. Any credit card information is provided directly to our credit card transaction processor. We do not retain, share, store, or use personal information for any secondary purposes. Our processor is obligated to observe the payment card industry rules relating to encryption and protecting your data. We require that all such information you provide to us in this manner is stored securely subject to the Washington Public Records Act and other legal requirements. However, the Spokane Airport makes no guarantee that the processor will do so.
